Public Health BIM Modeler

We are seeking a skilled BIM professional to create and manage detailed models for public health projects.

As a Public Health BIM Modeler, you will be responsible for the development and management of BIM models, ensuring adherence to project specifications and industry standards.

  • BIM Development:
    • Creation and management of detailed BIM models for public health projects.
  • Collaboration:
    • Working closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to integrate various components into a cohesive model.
  • Model Coordination:
    • Ensuring model coordination and clash detection to identify and resolve potential conflicts before construction begins.
  • Standards Compliance:
    • Ensuring that all BIM models comply with relevant standards, guidelines, and protocols, including public health facility regulations.
  • Project Management:
    • Overseeing BIM workflows and processes, managing project deadlines, and ensuring timely delivery of BIM deliverables.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Conducting regular quality checks on models to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

Requirements

Applicants should possess minimum 2-4 years' experience with a Diploma/ Degree in Engineering, particularly in Mechanical Engineering. Proficiency in using Revit & Navisworks is essential for this role.

Decent knowledge about Drainage, Water Supply, Storm Water & Fire Protection Services is required. Basic Design Knowledge regarding PHE & Fire Protection Services will be an added advantage.
