MEP Modelling Expert

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled MEP Modeller with expertise in BIM technology to join our team. As a MEP Modeller, you will be responsible for developing detailed models from drawings, sketches, and calculations for various construction projects.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop Revit models and construction documentation for MEP services from schematic design through construction phases.
- Collaborate closely with architects, design engineers, and project managers to understand design intent and project requirements.
- Set up linked models and coordinate models across disciplines.
- Ensure all models comply with project design intent, relevant building codes, standards, and project specifications.
- Generate accurate floor plans, sections, details, schedules, and quantity take-offs.
Requirements:
- Diploma in MEP Engineering Design or equivalent.
- Experience as a Revit Modeller with strong portfolio demonstrating experience in modelling MEP services in architectural and interior fit-out projects.
- Expert proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of construction documents, detailing, and building materials.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, MEP drawings.
