Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Structural BIM Coordinator to join our project team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

This role involves assisting in the implementation of the BIM Execution Plan, coordinating design development, and managing 3D models to ensure quality and compliance.

The successful candidate will possess knowledge of Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Dynamo, and Recap, as well as experience with parametric and non-parametric family creation.

Responsibilities include analyzing models for coordination and constructability issues, reviewing model quality, and identifying areas for improvement.

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Assisting in the development and maintenance of BIM standards and procedures
  • Coordinating with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless model integration
  • Reviewing and approving model submittals for accuracy and completeness
  • Maintaining accurate records of model updates and revisions
  • Collaborating with project managers to identify and mitigate potential design issues

Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in BIM implementation and coordination
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and other industry-standard software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
