Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Insurance Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring and managing a portfolio of insurance policies.

Main Responsibilities:

The Insurance Manager will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Acquiring new insurance policies from existing customers and prospects.
  • Managing and maintaining a portfolio of insurance policies to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and qualifications:

  • A graduate degree in a relevant field such as business, finance or marketing.
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in recruiting business partners/agents and achieving sales targets through them.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
