We are seeking an experienced and results-driven professional to join our team as a Relationship Manager. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to build strong relationships with clients, and drive business growth through strategic planning and execution.

  • Lead and maintain ongoing client relationships for recurring services, organizing and managing regular communication of client performance.
  • Develop and implement success plans to achieve desired business outcomes, ensuring internal commitments are delivered with excellence and customer outcomes are achieved.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Serve as the primary point of accountability for assigned clients, providing expert guidance and support to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement client-centric solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing services and leverage other offerings, contributing to sales efforts and minimizing churn.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including renewal rates, customer health scores, and product adoption rates.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, with a proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis tools.
