  • Manage lease administration, including key lease dates and correspondence with landlords
  • Coordinate with Legal, Finance, and Real Estate teams to manage existing portfolio needs and lease extensions
  • Prepare monthly journal entries and identify balancing items for clearance
  • Ensure SOX Compliance and adherence to internal control
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • Good analytical skills and MS Excel knowledge
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
