Senior Development Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our development works, overseeing overall management of new developments and existing assets across diverse projects.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop project strategies, aligning with the company's objectives, and formulate design briefs for effective implementation.
- Collaborate with design consultants and relevant authorities to manage project design concepts/options, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Oversee tender and award processes, construction, and contract administration for successful project delivery.
- Ensure timely completion of projects within budget, adhering to quality standards, and maintaining stakeholder satisfaction.
- Lead a small team, providing guidance and mentorship to enhance performance and achieve organizational goals.
- Maintain accurate and regular reporting on project progress and issues.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, or Project Management.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in development or project management, with expertise in logistics or industrial development projects.
- High level of independence, initiative, accountability, cultural sensitivity, endurance, and adaptability.
- Excellent leadership skills to drive projects and work collaboratively as part of a team.
