Senior Technology Manager

We are seeking an accomplished professional with 15 years of experience in applications development, management, and leadership. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of concepts and procedures within the applications development space, as well as a working knowledge of industry practices and standards.

  • This role requires a seasoned leader who can effectively manage multiple teams to accomplish established goals and conduct personnel duties for team members.
  • The successful candidate will provide strategic influence, exercise control over resources, budget planning, and monitoring while assessing end results.
  • This position involves utilizing in-depth knowledge of concepts and procedures within own area and basic knowledge of other areas to resolve complex issues.
  • The Senior Technology Manager will integrate in-depth knowledge of applications development with overall technology function to achieve established goals.

This role requires a high degree of autonomy, enabling the ability to make informed decisions, assess risk, and drive compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in applications development and management.
  • Proven experience in date-related applications development.
  • Experience in managing teams.
  • A working knowledge of industry practices and standards.
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a Master's degree preferred.
