What You'll Do :

- Technology Solutions & Support : Serve as the primary point of contact for employees' technology needs, providing effective hardware and software solutions and troubleshooting.

- Vendor & Technology Management : Work closely with third-party software companies to facilitate the adoption of new technologies and optimize the efficient use of existing ones, ensuring our technology is up to date with the latest trends.

- SAP Functional Management : Strategically manage and oversee SAP project functional modules, specifically MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales and Distribution), and basic FICO (Finance and Controlling).

- Business Insights & Strategy : Provide crucial functional business knowledge and strategic insights to align IT initiatives with organizational goals.

- Data & AI Leadership : Lead initiatives in data analysis and AI-based model development, transforming data into actionable insights and predictive capabilities.

- Digital Automation : Drive and implement digital automation initiatives for various business processes, enhancing efficiency and reducing manual effort.

- Team Leadership & Oversight : Oversee comprehensive team management, including conducting regular reviews, presenting progress updates to stakeholders, and ensuring effective execution of IT strategy.

What We're Looking For :

- Experience : 6-12 years of progressive experience in Information Technology, with a strong focus on both operational IT management and strategic project leadership.

- Problem-Solving : A wealth of experience in tackling and resolving various hardware and software problems.

- Technology Adoption : Demonstrated comfort in providing technology solutions to employees and working closely with third-party software companies for technology adoption and optimization.

- Current Trends : Strong understanding of the latest technology trends and the ability to ensure the technology in place is up to date.

- SAP Expertise : Proven experience in managing SAP projects, with functional knowledge of MM, SD, and basic FICO modules.

- Data & AI Acumen : Experience leading data analysis and involvement in AI-based model development initiatives.

- Digital Automation : Practical experience in driving digital automation initiatives for business processes.

- Leadership & Management : Strong capabilities in team management, conducting reviews, delivering presentations, and executing strategic plans.

- Communication : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees, vendors, and senior management.

- Education : Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
