About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Guest Services Coordinator to manage room reservations and drive sales conversions. This key role requires exceptional communication skills, sales expertise, and the ability to deliver seamless guest experiences.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing room reservations, group bookings, and event inquiries via phone, email, and online travel agencies (OTAs). They will provide accurate information on availability, pricing, packages, and promotions to ensure high conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities- Manage room reservations and group bookings through effective communication with guests, OTAs, and internal teams.
- Upsell and promote hotel services to maximize revenue and achieve sales targets.
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure seamless guest experiences, including Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food and Beverage.
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, guest preferences, and reports to inform business decisions.
- Budget effectively by monitoring OTA bookings and guest reviews to ensure timely responses.
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Prior experience in reservations, sales, or guest relations in the hospitality industry.
- Strong communication skills in English and proficiency in other languages such as Hindi and Bengali.
- Familiarity with hotel property management systems (PMS) and OTA platforms.
- Sales-driven, customer-oriented, and detail-focused approach to work.
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
