Job Title: Team Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the activities of our team members, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hotel Management or a related field is required.
  • You must have strong communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and handle high volumes of work during peak periods.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in hotel management, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Handle daily tasks and workloads like incoming guest calls and emails and provide information about hotel services in accordance with established standards.
  • Educate guests and key prospects on Ananda's philosophy and wellness offerings while addressing their individual needs.
  • Provide excellent customer service by handling complex inquiries and requests.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous approach during guest interactions.
  • Maintain accurate records and generate reports related to reservations, occupancy, and revenue as needed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with regular guests to encourage repeat visits and cultivate new guest relationships to foster loyalty.
  • Assist guests with reservation bookings via phone and email, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records are maintained in the Property Management System (PMS) & CRM.
  • Proactively follow up and engage with guests throughout their journey at Ananda to enhance their overall experience.
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hotel Management or a related field.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in hotel management, customer service, or a related field.
