Partner Operations Expertise

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Partner Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will play a vital role in the success of our internal projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of partner ecosystems and experience in sales operations, partner management, or channel programs. You will be responsible for maintaining and updating lists of active certifications, tracking progress toward certification goals, and supporting team members in achieving requirements.

Additional responsibilities include managing and triaging help desk requests, coordinating L2 and L3 escalations, and delivering accurate and timely reporting on partner center metrics.

As a Partner Operations Specialist, you will also facilitate co-sell vs. partner-led motions, identify opportunities eligible for PAL or POR attribution, and ensure accurate attribution requirements are captured and executed.

Lastly, you will support preparation and execution of QBRs and EBCs, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication across teams.
