Product Development Lead

Job Summary:

  • We are seeking an experienced Product Development Lead to oversee the development of new products.

About the Role:

  • This is a key opportunity for a seasoned product development professional to join our organization and lead a team of engineers in creating innovative products that meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of engineers in designing, developing, and testing new products
  • Work closely with sales teams and customers to understand their requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs
  • Oversee the entire product development cycle, from conceptualization to launch

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Masters/Graduate degree in electronics or related field
  • Minimum 18 years of experience in industrial product design
  • Experience in design/development in at least three areas: analogue and power electronics, power supplies, convertors, microcontroller architecture, embedded programming, communication/interfacing protocols and related hardware/software design
  • Awareness/knowledge of PCB designing, coral draw and autocad
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage teams
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
