Mastercard Donate is built to feature the implementing company, financial institutions, merchants, governments, and charity organizations as the central and most highly visible part of the charitable giving process. By providing tools that facilitate donations, we empower consumers to support causes they care about.
The Role
The successful candidate will manage strategic initiatives and product evolution for Mastercard Donate products. Responsibilities include:
- Enhance product experience
- Focus on customer journey and product development
- Launch preparations and monitor product performance
- Review competitor offerings and share insights
- Use research and competitive analysis to inform product requirements
- Improve product lifecycle processes
- Maintain clear product documentation

- Experience in product management or software development

- Agile development experience and cross-functional collaboration
- Strong teamwork and trust-building skills

- Self-motivated and independent worker
- Bachelor's degree required
- English proficiency required
- Technical background preferred
- Payments or sustainability consulting experience is a plus
