Product Manager

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic product team The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing product strategies and plans for our billing tool products You will be responsible for managing the product life cycle from concept to launch and for developing and executing adoption plans to ensure the success of the product The ideal candidate should be able to develop a strong understanding of the US healthcare and RCM industry and be able to identify market trends and customer needs Key Responsibilities - Manage the product life cycle - Maintain the product roadmap while establishing short-term and long-term business objectives - Analyze business processes recommend improvements and support product implementation - Create process flows maintain workflows and ensure regulatory compliance - Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders - Provide necessary training to the operations sales and support team - Prepare and present product reviews to senior management Required Skills and Qualifications - Bachelor s degree or above - 3 years of experience in product management - Strong analytical and strategic thinking - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Ability to lead cross functional teams without direct reporting - Knowledge of product life cycle management - US healthcare and RCM knowledge is preferable but not necessary ref updazz com
