Plan and achieve marketing goals including profitability and sales targets for the existing brands/ portfolio on a monthly basis through regular monitoring of the market trends, planning the short and long terms strategies and driving initiatives to support the plan.
Development of strategic plans and operational marketing plan for to provide a scientific, medical and commercial basis.
Project Management: Identify and drive critical project that generate exponential growths
Ensure program implementation for existing brands and monitor implementation within the allocated budget.
Development of consumer activation strategy and driving execution through social media.
Develop product pricing and positioning strategies
Drive product launches
Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed
Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services and help the sales team in promotion of the product.
Product management, Content development, literature, campaign input development
New product development and launch processes
Training and developments for sales team
Social media marketing, Creating content, strategy and execution
Discussion and lead generation with ecommerce platforms for new business opportunities
Requirements / Preferred candidate profile:
Proven work experience in product management, with minimum relevant experience of 5+ years in product management.
Education: BSc/ B. Pharm and MBA in Marketing.
Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up ones sleeves to get the job done
Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ready for travelling in a month for 10-12 days in a month.
