Plant Operations Manager

Job Title: Senior Manager
Key Responsibilities:- Support operations to optimize plant performance across various areas, including safety, environment, quality, capacity, and competitiveness.
- Lead initiatives to enhance overall efficiency and productivity through plant and process upgradation.
- Monitor technical, process, and SPC studies for new projects.
- Conduct Process Hazard Analysis (PHA), Layer of Protection Analysis (LOPA), Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and SPC studies.
- Participate in process safety analyses and related studies to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
- Upgrade and install automation systems in existing facilities to improve plant performance.
- Prepare and review Management of Change (MOC) proposals for compliance and safety validation.
- Coordinate with project teams to develop new P&IDs and update existing ones as needed.
- Provide Feed and Basic Engineering support for all projects.
- Collaborate with R&D and Technical Services teams for new product and process developments.
- Lead feasibility studies, Front-End Engineering Design (FEED), and basic engineering tasks.
- Lead scale-up activities from pilot projects to full plant commercialization.
- Ensure smooth transitions and maintain safety standards during MOC-related process modifications.
- Strong operational background with experience in plant management and process optimization.
