Key Mechanical Engineer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced mechanical engineer to provide engineering analysis of power boilers, pressure vessels, high energy piping systems, and mechanical components.

Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will lead and support projects focused on plant-wide solutions for combined cycle power plants. You will also provide technical guidance and mentoring to early career controls engineers.

Additionally, you will deliver productivity and process improvements that increase the capacity of the PS Controls Projects team. You will develop control logic diagrams and operator graphics markups for third-party DCS platforms.

Furthermore, you will support controls commissioning as required, with occasional travel. You will provide prime customer interface and manage Long Term Program (LTP) Maintenance contracts for operating plant combustion turbines.

You will work with the District Service Office (DSO) and District Sales Manager to increase the scope of plant services, outages, and issues. You will establish and identify LTP Parts Pooling demand, configuration, and fulfillment needs.

Lastly, you will establish and control costing strategies while developing and executing logistic requirements within the LTP Term Warranty fleet.

Responsibilities:
