Plant Operations Manager

Job Overview:
">- Support the Operations team in enhancing plant performance across various areas, including safety, environment, quality, capacity, and competitiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
">- Lead initiatives to upgrade plants and processes, aiming to boost overall efficiency and productivity.
- Oversee new projects by monitoring technical, process, and Statistical Process Control (SPC) studies.
- Conduct Process Hazard Analysis (PHA), Layer of Protection Analysis (LOPA), Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and SPC studies.
- Participate actively in process safety analyses and related studies to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with teams to upgrade automation systems in existing facilities.
- Review and validate Management of Change (MOC) proposals for compliance and safety.
- Coordinate with project teams to develop new Process & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs).
- Provide Feed and Basic Engineering support for all projects.
- Collaborate with Research & Development (R&D) and Technical Services teams for new product and process developments.
- Lead feasibility studies, Front-End Engineering Design (FEED), and basic engineering tasks.
- Lead scale-up activities from pilot projects to full plant commercialization.
- Ensure smooth transitions during Management of Changes (MOC) related to process modifications.
