Job Description

Responsibilities

- Responsible for overseeing all production activities to ensure efficient plant operation.
- Leading yield improvement initiatives (e.g., THEIC yield improvement project).
- Managing and supervising shop floor manpower for optimal productivity.
- Monitoring overall plant activities, including daily performance tracking.
- Planning and coordinating with relevant departments for seamless plant operations.
- Coordinating with the maintenance department for scheduled maintenance and addressing breakdowns.
- Training and mentoring employees working on the shop floor to enhance skills and safety awareness.
- Developing and maintaining all necessary documents for effective production and process tracking.
- Ensuring a clean and safe working environment that supports efficient production.
- Reviewing and updating all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ISO-related documentation.
- Enforcing safe operational practices across the plant.
