Job Title: Senior Manager

About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our operations team in driving plant performance improvement across various areas including safety, environment, quality, capacity, and competitiveness.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process management, with experience in leading plant upgradation initiatives to enhance overall efficiency and productivity. They will also be responsible for supporting new projects by monitoring technical, process, and Statistical Process Control (SPC) studies.

In addition, the Senior Manager will lead and conduct Process Hazard Analysis (PHA), Layer of Protection Analysis (LOPA), Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and SPC studies. They will participate actively in process safety analyses and related studies to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.

The role will also involve assisting plants in upgrading and installing automation systems in existing facilities. The Senior Manager will prepare and review all Management of Change (MOC) proposals and validate them for compliance and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead plant upgradation initiatives to improve overall efficiency and productivity
  • Support new projects by monitoring technical, process, and SPC studies
  • Conduct Process Hazard Analysis (PHA), Layer of Protection Analysis (LOPA), Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and SPC studies
  • Participate in process safety analyses and related studies
  • Assist in upgrading and installing automation systems in existing facilities

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in process management
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
