As a meticulous Quality Assurance Manual Engineer, you will be part of our dynamic team, responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our software applications, particularly those integrated with Marketing Cloud.

  • You will develop, maintain, and execute detailed manual test cases and test plans based on requirements and user stories for Marketing Cloud data.
  • Perform functional regression integration UI and exploratory testing of software applications.
  • Identify, document, and report defects in the issue tracking system, collaborating with developers to ensure timely resolution.
  • Participate in requirement analysis and design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems related to Marketing Cloud interactions.
  • Work closely with the QA automation team to identify test cases for automation and provide manual testing support where necessary.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Provide feedback on usability and advocate for the end-user experience.
  • Document and provide clear reports on testing activities and project quality status.
  • Follow established QA best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a QA Engineer or similar role, with a focus on manual testing of software applications, including those integrated with Marketing Cloud.
  • Experience in creating and executing detailed manual test cases and test plans, specifically for Marketing Cloud functionalities.
  • Familiarity with software development and QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in documenting and troubleshooting errors.
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum development processes.
