Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our software applications meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance.

  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for software applications using various testing techniques.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that software products meet high-quality standards and customer needs.
  • Design and maintain test environments, including setting up test data, configuring hardware and software, and maintaining the stability and security of the test environment.
  • Analyze and communicate test results and test progress to stakeholders.
  • Continuously improve the testing process by implementing best practices, tools, and techniques to improve test coverage and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
  • Experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium, Jenkins, JMeter, and other open-source automation tools.
  • Familiarity with software development methodologies, including Agile/Scrum and Waterfall.
Preferred Skills:
  • Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and techniques.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with version control tools such as Git.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or Ruby is a plus.
