**Job Overview**

We are seeking an experienced Chief Testing Operations Manager to lead our end-to-end testing activities for our Equity Cash and Equity Derivatives Exchange systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring functional accuracy, performance, compliance, and seamless integration with trading, clearing, and settlement processes.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and estimations to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Manage a team of testers, allocating resources effectively and monitoring progress to meet project timelines.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including business, technology, and compliance teams, to ensure that testing meets regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in Exchange Mock Trading and Market Simulation Activities for both Cash and Derivatives segments.
  • Monitor process implementation as per defined SOP and exchange regulatory guidelines.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • B.Tech / B.E. (Preferred) / MCA / M.Sc. – IT (with good academic record)
  • At least one testing certification from a reputed institute (preferred)
  • 2–3 years of experience managing testing activities in the BFSI domain
  • Familiarity with trading life cycle, order matching engines, market data dissemination, and post-trade processes

**Desirable Skills and Qualifications**

  • Strong knowledge of system testing metrics, best practices, and methodologies for high-availability, low-latency trading systems
  • Proven data analysis, verification, and problem-solving abilities in a market-critical environment

**Functional Competencies Required**

  • Detailed knowledge of exchange trading platforms, clearing and settlement systems, and risk management modules
  • Technical fluency in relevant programming languages and database systems
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements from SEBI, exchanges, and clearing corporations

**Behavioral Skills Required**

  • Ability to communicate in both technical and business-friendly language
  • Continuous learning mind-set to keep pace with evolving market structures and regulations
