Chief of Staff to Centre of Excellence Head

This is a full-time, hybrid contract role for our client - a Chief of Staff to the Content Centre of Excellence Head, located in Bengaluru.

The Chief of Staff will assist in strategic planning, manage special projects, and oversee the daily operations of the Centre of Excellence.

  • Coordinate between internal business units, streamline processes, and provide executive support to the Head of the Centre of Excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and delivery of multi-channel content programs (web, app, email, social).
  • Manage project scope, schedules, risks, dependencies, and budgets.
  • Run Agile workflows for content operations.
  • Enforce editorial quality standards (style guides, QA checklists, compliance reviews).
  • Manage vendors and freelancers, ensuring service level agreements and cost efficiency.
  • Provide weekly status updates, risk assessments, and manage stakeholder communications.

Qualifications:

  • Essential: Strategic Planning and Project Management skills.
  • Essential: Strong skills in content creation, curation, editing, and content management.
  • Operational management experience, including overseeing daily operations, internal and vendor communications.
  • Coordination and process streamlining abilities.
  • Executive support and report preparation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru.
  • Experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Preferred: A technology degree in Computer Science or Information Sciences.
