**Key Executive Position:**

We are seeking an accomplished hospitality leader to serve as our Head of Operations.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of success in the Hospitality industry, with at least 15 years of experience and 3 years in a leadership role as General Manager/ Unit Head of a Hotel with a leading International Hospitality Brand in India.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing strategic initiatives aligned with our company's vision and objectives.
  • Overseeing the management of multiple hospitality assets through business partnerships.
  • Collaborating with international luxury hotel brands to maintain and enhance service quality and profitability.
  • Driving operational efficiencies and improvements across all assets.
  • Fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Overseeing budgets, financial performance, and profitability of the assets.
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

Requirements include:

  • A bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
