Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to support our finance operations.
The role involves daily financial audits, cashiering duties, and accounting responsibilities, ensuring accurate financial records and adherence to organizational policies and procedures.
Main Responsibilities- Prepare daily sales reports before 10:00 AM and circulate them among department heads and owners for review.
- Run day-end reports in Jonas System and generate necessary reports by departments/outlets.
- Audit all revenue transactions for accuracy, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Prepare and issue management reports (daily, weekly, monthly) as required by stakeholders.
- Reconcile credit cards daily and post to the system accurately.
- Ensure proper backup and authorization for rebates and discounts.
- Collect and count cashier envelopes daily with a witness present.
- Record all amounts received in the General Cashier Daily Report.
- Manage and reconcile petty cash, disburse cash after verifying requests, and maintain a register of petty cash advances.
- Supervise outlet cashiering staff to ensure effective cash handling operations.
- Conduct monthly balance sheet reconciliations and assist with financial reporting.
- Assist the chief accountant with annual and interim audits, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Maintain proper filing and ensure adherence to record retention policies.
- Minimum 2-5 years of related experience in a similar role or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficient in English (written and spoken).
- Frequent sitting, use of hands, and occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and property management systems.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
