Job Title: Financial Operations Manager
Job Description:As a Financial Operations Manager, you will lead the financial management of offshore and FDI funds, manager and advisor entities. This includes preparing financial statements, conducting periodic reviews, and supporting valuation processes.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting & Analysis – Offshore / FDI Funds:
Prepare and analyze quarterly and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable accounting and regulatory standards.
Partner with fund administrators and internal stakeholders to conduct periodic accounting reviews.
Support valuation processes of portfolio companies in line with internal policies and auditor requirements.
Support treasury functions including capital call monitoring, reconciliations, and liquidity planning.
- Transaction Support:
- Prepare and distribute quarterly investor reports, capital account statements, and financial summaries in a timely and accurate manner.
Manage investor communication for capital calls and distributions; maintain logs and receipt tracking. Respond to investor queries and information requests with high professionalism and attention to detail.
- Audit Preparations:
- Assist in audit preparations and financial disclosures, including coordinating third-party valuation inputs.
- Ad-hoc Financial Models:
- Prepare and review ad-hoc financial models and dashboards for internal decision-making.
- Financial Controlling– Manager and Advisor Entities:
- Collaborate closely with the Accounts team to meticulously review monthly financial statements across all Manager and Advisor entities, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to internal financial controls.
- Tax Filings:
- Supervise the preparation and submission of all Direct and Indirect Tax filings, ensuring full regulatory compliance and timely execution of all statutory obligations within prescribed deadlines.
- Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR):
- Oversee the end-to-end AP and AR processes, ensuring optimized turnaround times (TATs) for disbursements and collections while maintaining robust internal controls.
- Monthly and Quarterly MIS Reports:
- Lead the preparation of annual budgets, and drive the delivery of high-quality Monthly and Quarterly Management Information Systems (MIS) reports for Partners. Spearhead the execution of consolidated accounts and cash flow forecasts across all relevant entities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- CA with minimum 4-5 years of experience
- Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with financial reporting tools
- Exceptional multitasking abilities, effortlessly navigating complex workflows and seamlessly juggling multiple high-priority deliverables in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
