Leadership Opportunity - Counselling Director

About the Role:

This esteemed position entails devising strategic processes, guiding teams, and driving growth initiatives.

The charter for this role includes:

  • Owning a regional profit and loss account for a team of counsellors.
  • Leading a team of 80-100 counsellors and team managers by demonstrating leadership skills through building high-performing teams, driving key performance metrics, creating an exceptional work culture, bringing a strong customer focus, and leading to exponential growth.
  • Collaborating with a team of equally talented and passionate colleagues to develop short and long-term strategies to create a sustainable customer base and business model.
  • Auditing, overseeing, and implementing all operational initiatives for the organization and efficiently managing teammates.
  • Leveraging a high degree of independence and decision-making autonomy to drive team growth by owning the end-to-end process from initial engagement to conversion.

Ideal Candidate would:

  • Possess 5+ years of experience in the study abroad industry.
  • Have over 10-12 years of experience managing profit and loss with a team of 50+ professionals.
  • Have experience scaling teams and designing processes across multiple organizations, with a strong grasp of technology.
  • Excel at operational excellence - defining, monitoring, improving processes, and metrics.
  • Be competent at managing multiple stakeholders across the business, channel partners, counsellors, operations, etc.
  • Build a strong client and non-client support through 100% compliance of application processes.
