  • Plan and execute employee engagement programs, team-building events, and wellness initiatives.
  • Design onboarding experiences that reflect organizational values.

Performance & Growth

  • Define key performance indicators, review cycles, and learning goals for all departments.
  • Drive performance appraisals, goal-setting, and leadership development initiatives.
  • Recommend training programs and upskilling opportunities for teams.

Compliance & HR Operations

  • Maintain HR policies and ensure legal compliance.
  • Manage payroll inputs, attendance, leaves, and employee records.
  • Handle conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary actions with professionalism.

Job Requirements:

You are a proactive, empathetic, and culturally sensitive HR professional with 5+ years of experience, strong understanding of modern HR practices and labour laws in India, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
