About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources leader to spearhead our HR function. This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled professional to drive strategic initiatives and foster a culture of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end HR processes, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, training, and offboarding, ensuring a seamless employee experience.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations; develop and implement compensation strategies that promote retention and competitive salary structures.
- Design and administer training programs that enhance employee development; manage employee benefits to boost satisfaction and engagement.
- Uphold strict confidentiality and ethical standards in handling sensitive employee information.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and programs, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations; provide guidance and interpretation of HR policies to both employees and management.
- Analyze HR data and generate reports that inform strategic decisions for workforce planning and management.
- Offer expert guidance on HR policies, ensuring understanding and compliance at all organizational levels.
- Serve as a communication bridge between employees and management, resolving workplace issues and fostering positive employee relations.
- Build strong relationships with managers and teams to effectively implement HR initiatives.
- Lead organizational change initiatives, driving continuous improvement and innovation across HR processes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Strong knowledge of statutory compliance, employment laws, and compensation management strategies.
- Expertise in developing and administering training programs and managing employee benefits.
- High ethical standards and ability to maintain confidentiality in managing sensitive employee information.
- Experience in developing HR policies and programs, with a strong focus on legal compliance and policy interpretation.
- Strong analytical skills to compile, analyze, and interpret HR data for strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Ability to build strong working relationships with managers and teams, fostering collaboration.
- Leadership and team management experience, with the ability to coordinate tasks and manage teams under pressure.
- Demonstrated ability to lead change management initiatives, fostering a culture of innovation and adaptability.
- Minimum of 8 to 12 years of experience in HR management, with a background in HR generalist roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
