We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Junior HR Generalist to support and manage various HR functions across recruitment, employee engagement, office events, and public relations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment & Onboarding
    • Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, follow-ups)
    • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
    • Maintain accurate records of employee information and HRIS databases
  • HR Operations & Generalist Tasks
    • Draft and send official documents such as offer letters and contracts
    • Support with attendance tracking, leave management, and basic payroll coordination
  • Employee Engagement & Events
    • Plan and execute internal employee events, birthdays, team-building activities, and celebrations
  • Internal Communication & PR
    • Help manage the company's internal communication channels
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field
  • 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in HR roles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic HR tools
  • A positive attitude, people-oriented approach, and high level of organization
