Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of HR Assistant Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the human resources management and administrative functions for our Mumbai region.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Recruitment and Selection: Partner with recruitment consultants and other relevant stakeholders to source and hire top talent for various roles within the organization.
  2. Employee Relations: Foster positive relationships between employees, management, and external stakeholders, ensuring a productive and respectful work environment.
  3. Performance Management: Develop and implement performance evaluation processes, providing coaching and development opportunities to enhance employee growth and success.
  4. HR Policies and Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, maintaining accurate records and reports as necessary.
  5. Learning and Development: Identify training needs and design programs to upskill and reskill employees, enhancing their capabilities and contributing to the organization's overall success.
  6. Administrative Functions: Manage administrative tasks, including attendance tracking, statutory record-keeping, and other essential duties.
  7. HR Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports and insights on HR-related metrics, helping inform strategic decisions and drive business outcomes.
Requirements
  • MBA in HR: A postgraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field is required.
  • Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role or with expertise in HR systems implementation.
  • HRIS Experience: Familiarity with HR Information Systems (HRIS) is preferred, but not mandatory.
Location and Remuneration

The selected candidate will be based at our Navi Mumbai office and will receive a competitive remuneration package based on their experience and qualifications.
