Job Overview

The Public Sector Contracts Management team supports Salesforce's growing public sector business. This role requires functional knowledge, collaboration, attention to detail, and ingenuity.

Responsibilities:

  • Enable cross-departmental compliance management and support internal teams in operationalizing and adhering to compliance obligations.
  • Lead the development, streamlining, and management of contract-related operational processes across departments.
  • Provide guidance on contractual requirements and compliance obligations to support contract management and compliance objectives.
  • Manage contract records and reporting, including tracking contractual and statutory requirements.
  • Coordinate and document approvals for non-standard terms negotiated by contracts negotiators and third parties.
Key Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • 10+ years of progressive experience.
  • Experience in public sector contracts management, contract negotiation, compliance, project management, or related commercial products and government contract schedules.
  • Government agency or customer experience preferred.
  • Written and oral fluency in English required, additional languages preferred.
  • Exposure to Salesforce strongly preferred.
  • Inquisitive, questioning mentality with strong critical judgment, careful attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to navigate new processes.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and negotiation skills.
  • Highly responsive and service-oriented attitude.
  • Sound business judgment.
