Public Sector AI Transformation Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to drive the implementation of AI-driven solutions within the public sector.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AI technologies and their applications in government projects, as well as excellent stakeholder management and project coordination skills.

About the Role:
  • Lead the development and implementation of AI-driven initiatives to enhance public sector service delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive successful AI adoption and capacity building for government personnel.
  • Conduct thorough requirements gathering, business analysis, and process reengineering to leverage AI technologies to address government challenges.
  • Perform feasibility analysis for AI use cases, evaluating their potential impact and viability within government projects.
  • Prepare concept notes, detailed reports, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Mandatory Skills: Proven experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, business process reengineering, stakeholder management, and project management. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Analytical skills to identify key issues, evaluate alternatives, and recommend AI-driven solutions.
  • Preferred Skills: Public sector experience in AI/ML projects or government digital transformation initiatives. Exposure to AI/ML tools and technologies is an added advantage.
