
Fashion Sales Strategist

We are seeking a sales manager to join our team in scaling our platform, with a focus on product-led and remote user acquisition levers.
As a revenue owner, you will be responsible for driving B2B fashion sales through interplay of all channels - app / tele calling / physical. You will also drive app engagement for our product using digital levers such as app notifications, whatsapp, live streams, community building to showcase latest fashion trendy products.
Key responsibilities include tracking and managing conversion of leads of various lead pools and deducing strategies to improve lead quality for each of the lead pools. You will also come up with innovative ideas to discover new ways to engage with retailers.
Close collaboration with other teams - product, analytics, content, supplier, etc. is required to deliver outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Past experience of delivering stellar outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in growth function of a consumer-tech or SME startup is a big plus.
- Bias for action, comfortable taking end-to-end ownership of delivering numbers in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Deep user empathy and comfortable working closely with users to build and iterate on solutions.
- Strong first principle and analytical thinking, someone who can work at intersection of product and marketing.
