  • Operations & Administration:
    • Oversee and improve daily operational processes to ensure efficiency.
    • Track and update inventory; flag low stock and coordinate replenishments.
    • Maintain records for raw materials, finished goods and packing supplies.
  • Logistics & Compliance:
    • Ensure compliance with store policies and operational guidelines.
  • Teamwork & Vendor Coordination:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, courier partners and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience: 2+ years in an admin, operations or customer service role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office and Google Sheets.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Work Style: Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
