- Operations & Administration:
- Oversee and improve daily operational processes to ensure efficiency.
- Track and update inventory; flag low stock and coordinate replenishments.
- Maintain records for raw materials, finished goods and packing supplies.
- Logistics & Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with store policies and operational guidelines.
- Teamwork & Vendor Coordination:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, courier partners and stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor's degree.
- Experience: 2+ years in an admin, operations or customer service role.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office and Google Sheets.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
