Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and organized Learning & Development Coordinator to design, plan, and execute training programs across the organization. The role involves coordinating internal and external training, creating learning resources, and supporting employees professional development through structured initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and deliver employee learning & development programs across all levels.

Conduct and coordinate product training for internal teams and clients.

Provide coaching and mentoring support to employees for skill enhancement.

Organize and manage corporate training sessions ( majorly virtual).

Create YouTube training videos, user guides, and learning documents for product and process knowledge.

Support product implementation training for clients and internal users.

Track attendance, maintain accurate training records, and generate reports.

Collect feedback and measure training effectiveness to continuously improve programs.

Assist in onboarding by preparing structured training and induction materials.

Requirements-

Any Bachelor's degree in Computer Science , Business Administration, Education, or relevant experience in L&D profile.

3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development OR Training Coordination.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite;and any video creation tools is a plus.

Ability to create engaging product related training materials (guides, videos, presentations).

Comfortable working with global teams and flexible with time zones.Role & responsibilities
