We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Administration-cum-Officer to join our team. This dual-role position is crucial for the smooth functioning of our hospital's administrative and operational activities. The ideal candidate will be a multi-talented professional with strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills, capable of handling a wide range of responsibilities from front-office management to strategic administrative support.

Responsibilities:

* Administrative and Operational Support:

* Oversee the day-to-day administrative functions of the hospital.

* Manage hospital records, files, and documentation (both physical and electronic).

* Coordinate with various hospital departments (e.g., medical, nursing, finance) to ensure seamless operations.

* Assist in the procurement of medical supplies, equipment, and other necessary resources.

* Manage patient billing, insurance claims, and payment processing.

* Prepare and maintain financial reports related to administrative operations.

* Assist in budget planning and expense tracking.

* Ensure all administrative activities comply with hospital policies, as well as local, state, and national healthcare regulations.

* Manage internal communication channels to keep staff informed of important updates.

Qualifications:

* Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

* Proven experience in an administrative or officer role, preferably within a hospital or healthcare setting.

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

* Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.

* Proficiency in hospital management software and other relevant applications.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

* Knowledge of medical terminology, healthcare billing, and industry regulations is highly desirable.

* Problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure.
