Job Title: Senior Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Senior Project Coordinator. This role will involve managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining seamless communication with cross-functional teams.


Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate project planning, execution, and closure.
  • Maintain accurate project records and reports.
  • Develop and implement project management processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in project management.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies - Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or Monday.com.
  • Familiarity with collaboration and communication tools - Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace, Zoom.
