Project Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the project management group, you will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of projects and seamless client onboarding.
The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in project management and possess strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall. Additionally, they should have hands-on experience with project management tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or Confluence/Notion for documentation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success) to ensure successful project outcomes
- Developing and implementing project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Managing project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and resolving issues
- Maintaining accurate records and reports, including project status updates and financial tracking
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–3 years of project management experience in a product-based IT company (preferably SaaS)
- PMP / CSM / PRINCE2 certification (preferred but not mandatory)
