Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Assistance Center Representative to join our team. As a Technical Assistance Center Representative, you will provide technical support for our Interactive Brokers Trader Workstation, including connectivity, network testing, Java configuration, security protocols by phone, chat, and email.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance to customers via phone, chat, and email regarding the use of our software products.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues with our trading client programs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt and effective resolution of bugs and issues.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in Windows/Mac software and hardware support, connectivity support, and Java familiarity.
  • Strong networking and general technical knowledge to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English is required.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (B.Tech, BE or MCA) or equivalent.
