Our organization is seeking an exceptional Capture Manager to join our team. As a key position, this role plays a crucial part in helping us grow by qualifying and capturing new business opportunities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Developing effective teaming, pricing, and proposal strategies to drive success.
- Evaluating markets to identify potential opportunities for growth.
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to prepare for upcoming procurements.
- Reviewing and qualifying RFIs and RFPs, driving the proposal process forward.
- Preparing written proposals through collaborative concept development, information gathering, drafting, and final submission.
- Maintaining reference databases for technical, management, and past performance expertise.
- Creating compliant and compelling content leveraging industry knowledge.
- Conducting after-action reviews for all contracts and documenting lessons learned to inform future capture techniques and strategies.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in Federal or State procurements.
- A solid track record of winning staffing and SOW-based proposals in the Public Sector.
- Demonstrated capability to write clear, logical, and persuasive documents.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills, including cost and financial understanding.
- Familiarity with GSA and other Federal Schedules.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., English, Journalism, Communications).

- Impeccable attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to prioritize, lead, and manage multiple projects and tasks to successful completion.
- Ability to meet planned and unplanned deadlines.
