We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Professional to drive customer success and exceed performance targets.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of an organization.

A key aspect of this role is to develop and implement effective strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Serving as the primary contact liaison for technical questions or escalations
  • Helping customers develop success plans and providing guidance in achieving objectives
  • Collaborating with Account management teams to secure contract renewals
  • Assisting in identifying opportunities for expanding usage across the customer's organization

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer success/project management role
  • Technical experience in the cybersecurity field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment

This is a critical role that requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to make independent decisions.
