Housekeeping Support

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Housekeeping Support professional to join our team. As a key member of the Housekeeping and Laundry team, you will play a vital role in ensuring high operating standards across all aspects of the hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Excellence: Ensure consistently high operating standards in every area of Housekeeping and Laundry, aligning with hotel brand standards.
  • Team Leadership: Monitor the appearance, standards, and performance of all Housekeeping and Laundry Team Members, emphasizing training and teamwork.
  • Guest Service: Provide excellent guest service, responding promptly to guest requests and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Inventory Management: Manage the controls of the Housekeeping department, including frequency of employees, master keys, uniforms, linen, and other essential items.
  • Communication: Coordinate and control all traffic of documents and people within the department, releasing linen daily and making monthly closing of Laundry expenses.
  • Special Requests: Check daily the guest information in CRM, ensuring that preferences and requests are met on time. Additionally, request flowers for special occasions and provide embroidery for special linen.
  • Lost and Found: Control makes monthly Lost and Found and donations.
  • Uniform Maintenance: Check the uniforms and send them for cleaning and/or repair as needed.
