Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Engineer to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers in the Eastern part of India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine and preventive maintenance on AAS/ICP/ICPMS instruments
  • Support new installation commissioning and field solving at customer sites
  • Deliver demonstrations to ensure safe and effective equipment use
  • Provide detailed service reports on a regular basis
  • Understand customer needs and concerns, providing exceptional customer service
  • Meet designated goals of turn-around-time, response time, repair rate, and customer expectations
  • Actively support achieving CAS and business goals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree/diploma in Instrumentation or Electronics
  • More than 5-7 years working experience handling same field equipment services
  • Atomic Absorption spectrometer and ICP/ICPMS hands-on experience
  • Maintain a professional and positive approach
  • Effective interpersonal, communication, and listening skills
  • Strong analytical skills, interpersonal skills, and ability to handle time efficiently

Salary: ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
