Product Information Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Product Information Management (PIM) specialist to join our team. As a PIM specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring PIM systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.

You will oversee daily administration and operations of the PIM service offering, maintaining high levels of data accuracy and system performance. You will also collaborate with stakeholders to enhance PIM data models, workflows, and business rules, driving process improvements and efficiency gains.

Additionally, you will partner with Merchant teams to manage PIM systems, providing expert guidance and support to ensure successful implementation and ongoing maintenance.

As a PIM specialist, you must have a strong foundation in data management and technology. A Bachelor's degree in Information Management or equivalent experience is required. At least 1 year of experience using Syndigo, with a deep understanding of its features and functionality, is highly desirable.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Implement and configure PIM systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
  • Oversee daily administration and operations of the PIM service offering, maintaining high levels of data accuracy and system performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance PIM data models, workflows, and business rules, driving process improvements and efficiency gains.

Qualifications include:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Information Management or equivalent experience, demonstrating a strong foundation in data management and technology.
  • At least 3 years of experience operating a PIM system.
  • Experience in a PIM integration project is highly desirable.
