
Senior Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking a skilled Senior Client Relationship Manager to support senior account leadership in growing learning service sales to clients. This role involves interacting with stakeholders, finding opportunities, and reporting commercial results.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key client accounts across regions, discovering unmet needs or potential service gaps that could represent new opportunities, creating sales materials and tailored client presentations, leading and coordinating documents for RFI and RFP responses, leading and coordinating QBR preparation and presentation, helping track win/loss data and sales KPIs, conducting research on client organization changes, collaborating on aligning internal solutions to unmet client needs, responding to routine client queries, contributing to business reviews, presentations, and reports, tracking account metrics, supporting opportunity tracking and renewal preparation, and ensuring internal systems and documentation are up to date.

- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage key client accounts across regions

- Respond to routine client queries
- Contribute to business reviews, presentations, and reports
- Track account metrics
- Support opportunity tracking and renewal preparation
- Ensure internal systems and documentation are up to date

Requirements:
- 4–8 years in account coordination, client services, project management, or operations roles
- Experience working in or with professional services, learning, or talent development sectors
- Demonstrated ability to support client relationships and manage operational details
- Exposure to multi-stakeholder environments
