We are expanding our Commercial Real Estate vertical and seeking a dynamic professional to drive business growth.

Role Overview:

This role is designed for a candidate who can take ownership, build rapport, and grow into a leadership role in the Commercial vertical over time.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Business Development: Assist the Commercial Vertical Head in day-to-day operations, client meetings, and strategy discussions.
  2. Training and Development: Undergo training on all aspects of commercial real estate including deal structuring, leasing models, market trends, and client servicing.
  3. Sales and Marketing: Conduct site inspections and visits within Bengaluru to showcase properties to potential clients.
  4. Client Relationship Management: Engage in business development activities including following up on leads, networking, and maintaining client relationships.
  5. Team Collaboration: Build and maintain rapport with internal stakeholders (design, legal, projects) and external stakeholders (brokers, consultants, corporate clients, developers).
  6. Deal Closures: Support in deal closures, preparation of proposals, and documentation.
  7. Technology and Tools: Leverage AI tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital platforms to work smartly and efficiently.
  8. Communication and Representation: Represent the company in a professional and presentable manner, fluent in English during meetings and client interactions.
