Commercial Real Estate Business Development Manager

We are seeking a dynamic professional to join our Commercial Real Estate vertical as an Assistant Manager. The selected candidate will work closely with the Head of Commercial Real Estate and receive structured training, mentorship, and exposure to client-facing opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day operations, client meetings, and strategy discussions.
- Undergo training on commercial real estate, including deal structuring, leasing models, market trends, and client servicing.
- Conduct site inspections and visits within Bengaluru to showcase properties to potential clients.
- Engage in business development activities, including following up on leads, networking, and maintaining client relationships.
- Build rapport with internal stakeholders and external stakeholders, such as brokers, consultants, and corporate clients.
- Support in deal closures, preparation of proposals, and documentation.
- Leverage technology to work efficiently.
- Represent the company professionally during meetings and client interactions.
